Meet Deb Schrakamp

Deb Schrakamp

Prior to joining the real estate profession, Deb spent 15 years in Pharmaceutical Sales and Management, ten years teaching middle and high school students, five years as an Event Coordinator, and 20+ years raising three daughters. Extreme organization, intense attention to detail, and a passion for helping others achieve their dreams have been the cornerstones of her success.

 

As a native Californian, Deb has been fortunate to live the California dream. She grew up in the Bay Area and stayed in the area to complete her college education. She and her husband raised their three daughters in Danville, CA. Through the years she spent many vacations in San Diego (specifically La Jolla) and knew that someday she would relocate so that she could continue to enjoy living the dream in America's Finest City.

 

Deb is an avid runner, which was the result of the need for sanity while raising three extremely energetic daughters. She can be seen running all over La Jolla, Pacific Beach and beyond. She enjoys stand up paddleboarding, skiing, backpacking, hiking, traveling, and anything outdoors. Deb is passionate about giving back to her community. She is a mentor to high school and college students through Promises 2 Kids, as well as a court appointed special advocate (CASA) with Voices for Children. She is also involved with Hands of Hope here locally in San Diego, as well as the STEPS program to assist military families.

 

She feels so blessed to be able to call America's Finest City her home. Deb would be honored to represent you in the sale of your home, or the purchase of your dream home.
